We want every family to feel confident enrolling in The Living Classroom. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us through the support channel in your parent dashboard and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal. Once a renewal payment has been charged, the same 30-day window applies to that renewal.

After the refund window

Outside the 30-day window, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may still cancel future renewals at any time to prevent further charges.
