The Living Classroom (the "Service") is provided by Adams and Adams Consulting Company LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you ("you", "your") enter into a binding agreement with Adams and Adams Consulting Company LLC governed by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").
By signing up for an account, completing a purchase, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a household or organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
The Service is a digital, faith-based homeschool platform offering a 12-week themed curriculum, a virtual farm experience ("Living Farm"), mission-based projects, and life-skills tracks for children ages 5–18. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Parents create and control child profiles on the Service and are responsible for supervising their children's use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to:
The Service, including curriculum content, software, designs, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Adams and Adams Consulting Company LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial homeschool use within the plan you have purchased. All other rights are reserved.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, subscription billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and the Refund Policy on this Service. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if your payment fails and is not cured within a reasonable retry period, or where continued access creates a security, fraud, or safety risk. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may retain certain records as described in our Privacy Notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold Adams and Adams Consulting Company LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice and take effect on the date stated. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the registered office of Adams and Adams Consulting Company LLC, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to Adams and Adams Consulting Company LLC via the support channel in your parent dashboard.
